Connect more than 8 locations with ASA

What would be the best option to connect 8 remote locations? All the locations have cisco ASA 5506-x. I know I can use Site to site VPN tunnels, but is there any better more scalable  technology supported by ASA? Thee are no leased lines between them. I can use internet only.

Site to Site is the only way to go on ASA.

OK, i got one more question.

I though that  asa 5506-x without security license can handle up to 10 vpn tunnels.

IPsec site-to-site VPN peers   10; 50 with security Plus license

but I found one more line today that says

Maximum site-to-site and IPsec IKEv1 client VPN user sessions      5

What does this mean?
