Connecting to VPN results in unidentified network with no internet access

Hello, I am a university student and utilize Cisco Anyconnect in order to access school work related articles. However, since moving, attempting the VPN connection results in the following:

I'm fairly clueless in how to go about fixing this, please let me know if there's other information that I can provide to help diagnose the issue, thanks!

we have less information so can't help you much. Better Idea to contact University IT team but a general Idea:

It seems like it is a full tunnel and internet not allowed or DNS is overwritten by the tunnel but DNS resolution getting failed.
