"Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity."

I am using version 4.10.01075 on Windows 10 for the first time, but I receive that message, so I am unable to connect.

I have already checked with four different ISPs. MicrosoftTeams-image (3).png

What should I do to fix it?

i checked that multiple time, i have entered correct FQDN

are you able to ping the fqdn?

is there any Profile in the scenario?
