Please help, I cannot connect to VPN. I am not sure,if I am placing this request in the right place. Please let me know if I need to share any other details.
What can be my next steps?

with the screenshot not able to identify the issue
we need more information, what VPN you try to connect? is that working before
Do you have internet connection and try using brower for the VPN IP see if that works ?
