Controlling Specific Users in a VPN Group

Hi,

I have a 3080 concentrator (4.7x) that our general population accesses using an interanl Group1 profile. (the VPN client is 4.8)

We also have ACS 3.3 but pass these users through with External Users to a Cryptocard server for authentication. Max Sessions (3) are controlled by the internal concentrator group.

My challenge is that I have a small group of test techs that need max sessions of 6. Do I need to make a seperate concentrator group, (and new profile) for these users? Or can I use group attributes on the ACS server to control this, and not have to create a new concentrator profile?

Or can I not do this at all?

thanks,

Ray

Yes the best way is to use group attributes on the ACS server to control Specific Users in a VPN Group. First add and configure the group and then add a new user to the group. The user will inherit the attributes and values assigned to the group.
