I know cRTP is not compatible with standard IPSec tunnels, but do you guys know if cRTP can work with a standard GRE tunnel and/or an IPSec encrypted GRE tunnel? If so, do you know how the order of operations works to make it happen?

As per the documentation, CRTP is supported on serial lines using Frame Relay, High-Level Data Link Control (HDLC), or PPP encapsulation. It is also supported over ISDN interfaces (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fqos_c/fqcprt6/qcflem.htm). I guess that could be intepreted to mean that it is not supported on GRE.
