please i have cisco 887VAE-K9 i m using VPN SITE TO SITE WITH IP STATIC EN EACH SIDE . that work fine with any issue
i want know if they are a possibility to remove my static ip address on the SITE (B) and KEEP ip on the site (A) and connect the router to SITE (A) .

@soufiane.Max you could reconfigure the VPN to be a FlexVPN Hub and spoke. Site A with the static IP address will be the hub and Site B with the dynamic IP the spoke.

this new IP address does Site-B can know it through DNS ?

I can create dyndns or something like that to get FQDN. But i think this solution will be risky. If the FQDN is not updated the vpn will stop working.. what do you think ?
