Echo on conferecing software using Anyconnect VPN

I connect to Cisco Anyconnect VPN and then RDP to my work computer.  When we try to use google hangouts, google meet, or microsoft teams there is a significant echo.  Now when i disconnect from the vpn and use these video conferencing tools, the echo disappears.  How can we fix this so we don't have to keep disconnecting from the vpn for meetings?

Hi, this seems to be a loop between your RDP audio driver and your local
laptop audio. If you disconnect RDP do you still have echo.

If i disconnect from the VPN - i am already not connected to RDP.  And CAN'T RDP without the VPN.  Pretty simple.

We would like the audio to work on the VPN - connected to RDP.

And it is literally every laptop and desktop connected the VPN that has this issue.  I do not believe the audio drivers have anything to do with this.

I believe this is a poor design to run audio over RDP sessions. You either
run audio from your client endpoint directly or use a more standard
endpoint solution for remote access such as VDI. But RDP with audio
always created issues in my experience.

I'm sorry, are you under the impression i am interested in a conversation?  I posted on here to try to either get a fix or get someone to actually come up with a fix for this.

I have no interest in your opinion.

The best solution for this problem .. ignore you ... hahahaha

Seriously!

1st your opinion is to basically not use your product - to get rid of the problem.  (which is what we are already doing)

2nd you are making jokes when people are having actual problems versus trying to fix or finding someone who's interested in helping find a fix.

This is a complete waste of time.  I hope your happy, because users that have this problem aren't.

NO THIS IS NOT FIXED!!  And probably never will be, judging by the quality of response so far.
