error in encapsulation site to site vpn

Only 2 machines can connect the to Terminal server in central site. All machines can ping Terminal server and TS can ping back to all remote machines.

I have two 837 routers with ipsec tunnel established.

I get error IPSEC(encapsulate): error in encapsulation fs_encap_decap_fail

It seems that DELL desktops have an issue using the site to site VPN. Toshiba laptop and a Compaq are fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks for this - I will have a look. It just seems strange that only the Dell computers have this issue with the vpn tunnel.
