Files being corrupted over VPN Tunnel

We are trying to copy files from Win2K to Netware server over IP VPN tunnel. This is corrupting files but when we copy from Netware to win2k it works anyone have any suggestions?

I did find a solution or should I say workaround. Basically I had to change the MTU on the clients having the problem to 1200 and it worked great. Depending on the cleint there are certain registry entries you need to modiy. I would suggest you use a test unit first.

I'm still looking for a more global solution since changing it on the servers or routers didn't work.
