In the vpn client 4.x, there is a firewall integrated when the vpn tunnel is up.
Is there a way that the integrated firewall would be active when the vpn tunnel is not up.
Checkpoint does this and one customer want this feature badly.
Is it doing that now (i don't think it is) or in an upcoming version?
Thanks!

Hi there
Yes, this feature is in the client. You open VPN Client up (or right mouse on the icon in the tray) and select "Statefull Firewall (Always on)". This will have the firewall part of the VPN Client running even when you are not using the VPN Client.
Test this by trying to ping this PC form another PC...
