Hello everybody,
our customer has a FPR-21110 running ASA rel. 9.12(4)37.
Some of the users get the error „Certificate Validation Failure“
in the AnyConnect when they try to connect (see attached screendump).
In the AnyConnect Client they get in the 'Message History' the message:
„No valid certificates available for authentication“
I tried also to login from my test-PC and got the same when I enter
vpn.bionorica.net/TR
in my AnyConnect client.
The configuration of the Firepower was not changed since Dec. 2022
and in the CA certificate list I don't see an expired certificate
(see attached screendump).
I assume that the reason for the issue is on the notebooks and not on
the Firepower.
How can I proceed to provide the effected nootebooks with the valid
certificate from the Firepower?
Every hint is welcome!
