Indeed, it is possible to set up a Firepower (FPR) device as a road warrior VPN client without the need to reconfigure the main VPN head end whenever the FPR obtains a new IP address. This can be achieved by utilizing dynamic IP addressing techniques such as DHCP or DDNS (Dynamic DNS). By doing so, the VPN head end can recognize the FPR based on a hostname instead of a fixed IP address, enabling the FPR to establish connections from different locations with varying IP addresses effortlessly.

We need more information, what IP address you expect what IP address you getting ?
If the IP allocated by different head end (what head end that is ?) - it can not same for FPR since that is configured i guess different IP pool.
until you like to use same pool (this may conflict in the network?)
