FTD IPsec configuration using free IP from WAN Pool

Hello,

I Hava a FTD and managing it through FMC. I want to setup IPsec tunnel using FTD. In my use case I don't want to use the WAN/Outside interface IP as client IP for remote connectivity. In my WAN/outside interface I have free ip in that pool. I want to use free ip from that pool to make IPsec VPN, like we do in router using loopback interface.

Please help me in this regard.

I am not able to see loopback option in FNC. Can we do this with any other mean.

You need to be running version 7.3 (or newer) to use loopback interfaces.

You can use dynamic crypto map in remote peer.
