Getting AnyConnect to fire up first.

What is the trick to get the AnyConnect client to connect before the domain login? In IPSec it was easy but with AnyConnect I can't see to get it to work.

I am trying to get this to work on a Windows XP machine. I have installed SBL component on the machine as well.
