for your internal routed subnets to talk through PIX, check the following;

- have nat/global configured correctly

- if there is an ACL on inside interface, permit these networks

- static route on PIX for inside networks pointing to internal next-hop

Best place to start with following URLs

http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/110/top_issues/pix/pix_index.shtml

http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/707/index.shtml#pix

Also get this book, a good resource for starters;

Cisco® Secure PIX® Firewalls
