Half Duplex on Router Internet Interface

Hi,

I am seeing Half Duplex setting negotiated on my Internet Router/VPN Router Outside Interface. Please let me know, if this is really, which i need to worry. I am having GRE Tunnel running to US and Voip phone registered to US Call Server.

GigabitEthernet0/1 is up, line protocol is up

Hi

This looks like an India Tata ISP link so I would say check with them , some  ISPs use half dup so it may not be an issue , between 2 of your own devices then yes you could have a problem but the ISP may want you to be set that way so its best to confirm with them , changing it to full may render it useless as the ISP may not support that the far end , check before changing is what I would advise when ISP connected as there settings may be like that for a specific reson
