Help! AnyConnect VPN not accepting wired internet

AnyConnect VPN being used from home; launches and works perfectly when laptop is connected to WiFi.  But when connecting to wired internet (ethernet), the VPN login will not launch to connect.  Any suggestions?

 - Open Anyconnect , and look at the Network-row (second) ; choose the correct network.

Thank you.  It's very odd.  The internet is connected and working (opening sites), but the log in credentials window for AnyConnect will not launch when connected with wired internet.  Once I switch to WiFi, the login window opens.  I'll keep checking settings and really appreciate your advice!
