High cpu on VPN over a query process--Encrypt Proc--

Hello,

I have this scenario:

A 3620 both side to manage a VPN connection with 3DES auth. MD5 encry.

The tunnel work fine and the peer is UP.

When the customer from my side try to make a query (download 20mb of data)

the processor goes around 99% (Encrypt Proc).

Do I have to replace the router with a 7000 series?

Instead of just looking out for upgrading to 7000 Series i would suggest to check out for 3800 series which can help you out.

I know that an Hw can solve my problem.

But I would like to konw if you had seen before an error like that: (99% CPU with encrypt proc)

I check also all the Bug with my IOS vers. but nothing match exaclty with this issue.)
