Hello @Maambo,
It seems that you have an SSL VPN license ("SSL_VPN") that is "Active, Not in Use." You need to activate this license to use SSL VPN features. To activate the license:
license accept end user agreement
This command will accept the end-user license agreement for the SSL VPN license.
After that do a Reload.
