how to config acs to ensure every time xp start need input use and password

my enviroment:AD + ACS3.3 + CISCO2970 +XP（PEAP）

some xp only input password once ,next time there is no ask for password and user.

i want everytime when the xp start.it must input password.how to impliment this.
