I don't know exactly how your WoL works, but maybe it is a broadcast to the destination network.
Try to create an ACL with the IP of the PC which wants to wake up your PC behind the router, and configure on the LAN Interface to which the PC belongs the command "ip directed-broadcast ".
The router then forwards the "network-broadcast" of the permitted IP Address(es) into the LAN.
