How to define IPSEC (Transport/Tunnel mode) in a PIX

Just want to find out, how do you define to use either tunnel mode or transport mode for a IPSEC tunnel

any suggestion would be appreciate, thanks

Hi there,

You probably have to define the VPN platform ( whether pix, IOS, 3K, 5K )

on the pix and IOS, it is defined in the transform-set

On 3K, it is defined in the SA setup screen

on 5K, it is defined in the tunnel partner configs
