how to disconnect a vpn connection

is there a way to terminate a vpn session from inside? please help, our network guy is out and my boss wants a connection terminated and we don't know how

by the way... i know what ip address it is using, i just don't know how to disconnect it

try

clear crypto ipsec sa "ip address of peer".

If that fails I strongly believe the tunnel should be listed under the monitoring tab of the PDM (under VPN somewhere)
