How to enable login to Anyconnect before logging into macbook

I know you can do in windows OS but not sure if this can be done on macOS

Cisco AnyConnect's Start Before Logon (SBL) feature establishes a VPN connection before logging into Windows. This feature is only available for Windows platforms

I  believe you can  use the following on the Mac though:

Automatically Start VPN Connections When AnyConnect Starts

This feature called Auto Connect On Start, automatically establishes a VPN connection with the secure gateway specified by the VPN client profile when AnyConnect starts.

Auto Connect On Start is disabled by default, requiring the user to specify or select a secure gateway.
