Appreciated the help from the other night. Was able to get some IT support to help me with the DART. But he said he can't get me into their backend remotely because he says there is another concurrent remote session that I am logged into. I don't know how to check for that, and I haven't used Cisco to log in remotely to a different address since 2017. I do sometimes use NordVPN for IP masks when trying to show I am in a different jurisdiction (think trying to avoid MLBtv blackouts) but I'm never logged into it when trying to open Cisco.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening and what I can possibly do to look into it/solve it?
