How to get Cloud to work with one router

Hello.

I have been trying to get my network to work but it seems that the could doesnt work at all even though i have tryed every solution that i've found in the internet.

I would like to know if someone could help me out with this problem since i've been stuck with it for 2 weeks now without showing any progress.

I am creating a network for a company,all is working with the exception of the Cloud,I was wondering if somebody could help me with this.I am trying to get it to work for 3 weeks now.
