How to identify route poison on my router where EIGRP configured with DMVPN.

What problem will come with route poison.

we are not sure how your network look like, enable debug on the hub and see you have any routes poison.

debug ip eigrp

DMVPN you always enable split-horizon

are DMVPN phaseII?
are you config any summary in Hub ?
if both yes then the issue in Hub, the summary is use only in the PhaseII

If both No, or second one is No, then check
show ip route in any Spoke "better be in Hub", see if there is two route have two different next-hop, by know the topology you can know what is right router and what is the routes poison.
