I am getting the following message (below) when I try to HTTPS into my VPN 3030 box. I know the TACACS + settings are correct on the VPN BOX/Cisco ACS. When I select the 'test button' on the VPN server and type in my username/password it comes back with authentication successful. However when I log off the box and try logging in from the HTML interface I get Authentication Failed ???

Never mind...I just realized that you need to select user 'admin' and set its AAA level to 15. I found it in this link : http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/vpn3k_tacacs.html#TACACS

Hi,
I would suggest you checking out the Manager Workstations that you have defined in the Concentrator to be able to access it. You might need to add your machine IP to the ACL on the VPN under:
Administration|Access Rights|Access Control List.
I saw this happening to me a while back...
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Aamir
