I recently swapped an older vpn con 3030 for newer vpn con 3030. The new harder had updated OS 4.7.2.k. I had two sets of devices to change. On one of the devices I am now not able to access the device with HTTP or HTTPS. I can access with telnet or SSH. Both HTTP and HTTPS access are enabled. The errors I am getting are:
%HTTP-4-42: RPT=13: Error on socket accept.
%SSL-6-2: RPT=14: Default context does not exist.
Interestingly, I tried to disable HTTPS are received the following message as well.
hostname: HTTPS -> 1
1) Enable HTTPS
2) Disable HTTPS
hostname: HTTPS -> [ 1 ] 2
ERROR:-- Instance Error
ERROR:-- The SET Failed.
Ideas?

I opened a TAC case on this issue. The TAC engineer suggested reformatting the file system. I did so. The problem has been resolved. Note: I had to generate new SSL certificates. The file system can be reformatted under the file management area. Reformatting will erase any saved configurations, logs and certificates. The running configuration, OS and active VPN sessions will not be disrupted.
