I bought a Cisco ISR 4331/K9 Router. Which license do I need for Site-to-Site VPN?

I need to configure a Site-Site VPN between Azure Virtual Network and my On-Premise network.

I need to configure another Site-Site VPN between with another branch, which is using a RV340 VPN router.

What license do I need to buy/activate?

Hi @varunoberoi 

You need a security license in order to use a Site-to-Site VPN, you only have ipbasek9 enabled currently.

Do I just have to activate it on my router? Or do I need to buy it first?

You need to buy a license then activate it.

You can activate the evaluation license to test the configuration works, which will work for a limited period..

For now on router you have right to use License it works until this expiry.

you need official securityk9  license and install for Long run.

if you running IOS XE 16.9.X smart License.
