What OS are you using ASA or FTD?
What protocol, SSL (TLS) or IKEv2/IPSec?
If using TLS, ensure you are using DTLS 1.2 and AnyConnect 4.7 or newer (preferrably 4.10). Using DTLS 1.2 will give you better performance. Do not use just TLS as the transport protocol this will result in decreased performance.
Refer to the cisco Remote Access VPN best practice guide for more information.

You mean vpn client to server ?
When i did some testing with 4.X client it was around 20-25MB, after latest 4.9X onwards i could able to get more than 100MB

increase BW of Anyconenct, I think it depend on ISP connection of client.
But
Mr.Rob suggest DTLS and this great solution,
also try change the MTU for reduce the fragment of packet.
