Hi
When install anyconnect, I get error "There is a problem with this windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Conact your support personnel or package vendor"
Google this error string and find this solution https://community.cisco.com/t5/vpn-and-anyconnect/anyconnect-re-install-on-windows-10-hanging/td-p/2703272
But I cannot find any file older than 7/22/2015 in this step
b) Navigate to >> Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository see if you have a directory named vpnva-6.inf_amd64_....
If this directory has any file older than 7/22/2015 then this is causing your install to fail.
Please help
Thanks
Guile

Please provide a DART bundle. This message could be caused by several failure cases.

The DART (Diagnostics and Reporting Tool bundle is a standalone tool that is included inside the .zip file for AnyConnect. It will be named something like this, "anyconnect-win-4.6.01103-dart-predeploy-k9.msi" Install it on a system where you are having issues. Once you see the install failure, run the DART and upload the .zip file that is created on the desktop.
