IOS routers and CPP

Hi All,

I am setting up a 1841 ISR router for terminating remote access ipsec vpn-s, and I would like to restrict the client to use certian firewall rules. I understand that VPN Concentrators are able to push firewall policy to clients (CPP) but what about IOS routers ? Can I set up this 1841 router for CPP ? If yes, how ? I could not find any documents explaining this.

Thank you for your post. In the meantime I figured out that IOS routers support CPP with the release of 12.4(6)T and later. With this image a successfully configured CPP.

Hello,

I am also trying to get the IOS router to push a firewall policy to the Cisco VPN client as I intend to use split tunnels.

Can you advise the easiest way to configure as I upgraded my router but I am unsure how to enable the firewall policy push.
