I recently started getting reports from users of iPad's and iPhone's that they can no longer access the VPN on the ASA. User's are iOS8. I do not have the AnyConnect for Mobile license activated on the ASA. I did upgrade to ASA 8.2(5)57 as I installed a 3rd party root certificate from Entrust. The previous version did not support SHA-2. Was it luck that end users were successful connecting to the VPN from their mobile devices before the upgrade? If I have to enable the AnyConnect for Mobile license is it a license for each user or one license to cover all users. I have an AnyConnect Essentials license with total VPN Peer count of 250. When testing from one of the iDevices the ASDM logs do not even indicate a connection attempt from the IP address of the device which I find odd as well.
