I have two Router 1721 whit VPN Modules in one network 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 connected whit FastEthernet0 every one. Can i run IPSec whit 3DES in this LAN. I dont have WAN port in this Roters.And I want run routing between two (2) VLAN whit dot1.q on one fastethernet end switch 29xx na third LAN network 192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0
I don't see why you cannot run IPSec on a LAN. I don't remember coming across any interface restrictions. Apply the crypto map statement to the ethernet interface on both ends and things should work fine.
