Ipsec site to site vpn with public IP

Hi,

I am configuring ipsec site to site vpn on my cisco 1941 which is also an edge router, PAT for internet access is configured and ezy VPN VTI is also configured for remote users.my concern is the peer wants my site to site traffic to be 82.x.x.x where my local lan subnet is 192.168.0.0/16.

how can i pat 192,168.0.0/16 to 82.x.x.x in ipsec site to site vpn. pls help. its very critical and urgent.

As I mentioned PAT is already running for internet access, i will be very thankful if u can show me the config as to how it can be done
