ISA550W and AnyConnect over Alternate Port

I've successfully gotten my VPN to run over the default port, 443. Unfortunately, I really need port 443 redirected to my Web Server. Whenever I try to change the SSL VPN port on my ISA550W (to 10000 for instance) and add that port to the client, I get the following message:

Connection attempt has times out. Please verify internet connectivity.

What am I missing?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Yes, I've rebooted it multiple times. I can even change the port back to 443 and get the VPN working again without a reboot.
