The problem seems to be in this section:
*Sep 20 09:21:29.035: Di0 IPCP: O CONFREQ [Closed] id 1 len 10
*Sep 20 09:21:29.035: Di0 IPCP: Address 10.235.32.5 (0x03060AEB2005)
*Sep 20 09:21:29.035: Di0 PPP: Process pending ncp packets

Hi Richard ,
Please configure ppp chap host name XXXX under dialer 0 on both sides ...
Whenever isdn is disconnecting after sometime it could be problem with authentication configured on routers.
Please check the username and password configured on both ends.If possible configue it once again...
plz paste sh isdn status output .
Thanks,
satish

One thing you can check also is if you are running AAA on both routers. Do you have any AAA statements refering to remote PPP authentication.. Your posting only showed the configs for the interfaces... Can you supply a more comprehensive configuration for review....Thanks...

This is kind of a stupid question, but I see that your ISDN switch type is Basic-Net3. I have seen in the past that the wrong switch type has been inputted and the call actually goes out but does not stay up. Can you re-verify that your switch type is correct. Just something to check....Thanks...

The ISDN switch type is net3 on both sides as configured. Simultaneously i`ve configured second backup link on another pair of routers, one side net3, oposite side net5 - and it start working immediately. So the problem is maybe IOS version.
