ISDN Caller ID

hello all.

running a 3745 with PRI card with 12.3(8)T4. We have never been able to get caller ID information on incoming ISDN calls that we use for WAN backup to remote sites. we've ordered the feature on the PRI, is there anything we have to configure on the router to enable this?

No configuration is required unless you want to distinguish to which caller number to answer (isdn caller).

Note many IOS version have bugs in ISDN and would be recommended to upgrade to like 12.4(3j).
