I am configuring an iPaq H3955 running Windows PPC 2003 to connect to my VPN 3030 (ver 4.1.7c) using L2TP over IPsec. I get the PPC to complete phase 1 and 2, but I then get disconnected with the following error message (from the Event Log in the concentrator):

I changed the rexmit limit to 8 (default is 4). What else shall I look at? Thanks!

"Peer no longer responding" that seems to indicate that there is a timeout issue. See if you can set the PPTP 'Acknowledgement Timeout' to something in the range of 5 - 8 seconds and see if that helps. See the Concentrators Users Guide online at the following link:
