Lan to Lan tunnel between ASA 5505 and 3030.

I am unable to build an site to site vpn tunnel between an ASA 5505 and our Cisco 3030.  I have tried every possible combination except the one that will work.  I am able to ping each peer site from the other.  Does anyone have a config between two working Lan to Lan tunnels between a 5505 and 3030 that works.  Thanks
