Hi Team,
I have a customer that has an ASA 5525-x V9.8(3)16 and purchased 500 AnyConnect Apex Licenses
Customer informed that licenses were converted to Smart licenses on the Cisco Site, and they suspect this Hardware not support licenses of this model Smart License. This statements is true? if yes , is there a way to convert this license type smart to old type?

An ASA appliance with ASA software requires the classic (not Smart) licenses for AnyConnect.
To get PAKs for use with ASA, they can open a TAC case or request the conversion via email to licensing@cisco.com

So the ASA 5525-x only accept licenses not smart . Right?
Is posible convert their licences Apex to ''no smart licensing'' ?

ASA 5525-X can run either ASA software or FTD software.
If it is running ASA software it requires classic licenses - NOT smart ones.
Yes you can have Smart licenses provisioned as classic - as I noted earlier please contact licensing@cisco.com.
