Load Balancing across site-to-site links.

I have two sites, Site A and Site B connected via Site-to-site VPN over WiMAX. Site B is a moving site, based on its location sometimes it is connected to site A via a single link or sometimes by both links. Since static routes with route tracking is used, traffic uses only one link for communication even if both the links are up.

How can I do load balancing across the two links if both the links are up? We prefer not to use GRE over IPSec with routing protocols.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming that both of your links are load-balanced by external mechanisms.  If that is the case, use the "loopback" as the VPN termination endpoint.

Just make sure that the loopback has a "public" ip address and you also include "crypto map local-address lo0" in the configuration.

Simple right?
