we are routing non-used RFC 1918 address space to null interface, how we can log this to syslog server?

you can deny the RFC 1918 traffic on the LAN interface and use the keyword log on it. This will log all the traffic denied on the LAN interface to any RFC1918 IP.Hope this helps..
