Hello ,
I'm getting this error in E1 interface in our 3745 RAS server from time to time , atleast 3 to 4 times per day . When I get this error , e1 interface shows down and user's can't dial-in .What could be the problem?. I'm posting the part of "Show controllers e1 " command in my Router.
RAS-SERVER>sh controllers e1
E1 1/0 is down.
Applique type is Channelized E1 - balanced
Receiver has remote TS16 LOMF Alarm
alarm-trigger is not set
Framing is NO-CRC4, Line Code is HDB3, Clock Source is Line.
Module type is Channelized E1/T1 PRI
Version info Firmware: 0000001D, FPGA: 0
Hardware revision is 0.0 , Software revision is 29

Hello Raju,
I would get with my provider, the output indicates that the remote end is sending faulty frames.

Thanks GP. I had escalated this issue to service provider and they said that MUX connected with our RAS at their end hang up sometimes and it needs to be restarted. Thanks for sending this link.
