Hi,
What version of VPN client do you have?
Came to know earlier today that VPN Client 4.9 does not support Mac OSX 10.6.Check this doc bug.
I'd suggest trying the inbuilt VPN client.
1. Open System Preferences and select Network.
2. Click on “+” at the bottom add the VPN Interface.
3. Select the Interface: VPN , VPN Type: Cisco IPSec , give it a name and click 'Create'.
Thanks,
Paps

Hi,
Are you trying this on Cisco VPN client or the in built client introduced in Snow Leopard?
Try this link if using Cisco's client.
Thank you,

Yes, thanks for the link. I am trying to enroll using a file - I get all the way through but I get 'Unable to verify certficiate" and it asks for a password. Itried creating the cert with and without a password but neither worked. Any ideas ?
