I am looking for the configuration steps to run the following across an IPSEC tunnel (across the internet)
- Tacacs (outgoing)
- snmp polling (incoming)
- snmp traps(outgoing)
- syslog (outgoing)
I have configured a IPsec lan to lan tunnel on a remote which is providing a link for all services and is functioning all ok.
I need to know the steps to run the management protocols across the IPsec tunnel.
I have a cryptomap configured which includes the inside subnet and the ip addresses that need to be reached at the other end of the tunnel.
again all working ok.
what other commands need to be added to allow the above traffic coming from the firewall itself to be passed across the tunnel.
The inside iP address for the firewall is within the inside subnet which is included in the existing cryptomap.
