Is there is any command or chat script to reset synchronous 64kbps and 2Mbps modem like RAD, Atrie from cisco routrs? Every time there is need of second person to do it manually. I got some chat scripts to rest asynchronous modem but i want for synchronous modems.

AFAIK dont think you can do something like reset the external 64K or E1 Modems via chatscripts as you normally do with other ones..
