Will multiple VPN client connections from the same public IP address (NATed inside) work?

as long as the vpn server end has nat-traversal enabled, it should have no drama.

The VPN server (PIX515E-7.0.1) does NOT have nat-traversal enabled but it seems to be working. Should I enable nat-trav anyway?
